The safety and health of our team members, clients, and patients is of utmost importance to us. To ensure that we can continue to offer the highest level of veterinary care and professionalism while keeping you and our team members safe, we are following the procedures below at the Clintonville Animal Hospital.
Only essential team members will be allowed inside the building except for special circumstances including end of life care or discussion.
We are offering curbside only services for all exams and medication or food pick ups.
We ask that you call us when you arrive. A team member will come to your car and escort your pet directly into the building after obtaining a brief history. Once the doctor has completed a thorough examination of your pet, he or she will call you to discuss exam findings as well as recommended treatments or diagnostics.
Once we are finished, we will return your pet to you as soon as possible. Payment can be handled over the phone with a credit card or with your team member for checks and cash.
We understand that in these challenging times, change can be frustrating. We continue to evolve our processes and protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will keep you updated on any further changes to our policies.
